Isparta Belediyesi tarafından 2013 yılında hizmete sunulan müzemizde Anadolu coğrafyasında Türkler tarafından kullanılan yaklaşık 3 bin 500 adet halı, kilim ve etnografik ürünler sergilenmektedir. Müzemiz yaklaşık 3 bin 200 metrekare kapalı alana sahip hem yatay hem de dikey 11 katlı olmak üzere sergileme salonları, kulenin en son kat olan seyir katında dünyanın en büyük 3 adet Isparta Gülü’nü içeren kompozisyona sahiptir. Müzeyi yılda yaklaşık 50 bin kişi ziyaret etmektedir.
