It is located in the central district, between Güneyce and Çukurca villages, 5 km from Güneyce Village. The name of the city and its foundation date are not known with certainty. It is thought to be one of the cities such as Sandallion, Minassos, and Tityassos, whose names are known but have not been identified. The city was founded in the Hellenistic period. In the city there are sarcophagus tombs, two sarcophagus lids on which the tomb owner is depicted, and statues. The statues were transferred to the Isparta museum. To the southwest of the city there is a natural cave reached by ancient steps. The cave was probably a sacred area.
