Barla Kasabası Orta Mahallede bulunan caminin kapı üzerindeki kitabesinden 1376 tarihinde Çeşnigir Sinan Paşa tarafından yaptırıldığı yazmaktadır. Buna göre caminin Isparta ve civarının Osmanlı İdaresine geçmesinden altı yıl önce yapıldığı anlaşılmaktadır. Kapının içerisinde sol tarafta gömülü bulunan bir kişinin mezar taşında Hafız Tuti’i Karamani ibaresi ve 1392 tarihi görülmektedir. Cami, 1878 yılında onarılarak damı kiremitli hale getirilmiştir. Cumhuriyet döneminde tekrar onarılarak bugünkü durumuna getirilmiştir.
