Asıl adı Hüseyin Paşa Bedesteni olan Zincirli Bedesten, 1718 yılında Darendeli Hüseyin Paşa tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Güney kapısındaki dört mısralık kitabenin yazarı Kusuri' dir. Bedestenler eskiden alışveriş hayatının nabzının attığı, ince uzun, üstü kapalı çarşılardır.
1719 tarihli vakfiyesinde eserde 80 adet dükkanının varlığından bahsedilmektedir. Günümüzde üstüne bir kat daha yapılarak adliye olarak kullanılmışsa da 1957 yılındaki yangında bu kısım bütünüyle yok olmuştur. Bedesten 2008 yılında Vakıflar Bölge Müdürlüğü tarafından restore edilmiştir.
