Şire Han (Belediye Hanı) 7500 metrekarelik alanı ile hem Gaziantep'in hem de çevre illerin en büyük kervansaraylarından biridir. Han içerisinde Gaziantep yöresine ait, üzüm, pestil, sucuk, pekmez, bal, tereyağı, fıstık gibi ürünlerin satılmasından dolayı Şire Hanı adıyla anılmaktadır. Klasik Osmanlı han mimarisinin bir çok özelliğini üzerinde taşıyan han, dikdörtgen planlıdır. Diğer hanlardan ayrılan en büyük özelliği üç cephesinde anıtsal taç kapıların yer almasıdır. 1885 yılında tamamlanan hanın yapımı 25 yıl sürmüştür. Mustafa Ağa (Say) tarafından yaptırılmış olup, üç kapılı büyük bir kervansaraydır. Yakın tarihte geçirdiği yangın neticesinde han kullanılmaz hale gelmiş, daha sonra Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyesi tarafından aslına uygun olarak restore edilmiştir.
