Türbe, Kepenek Mahallesi Şeyh Fethullah Sokak'ta yer alan Şeyh Fethullah Külliyesi içerisindedir. Şeyh Fethullah Külliyesi; cami, tekke, medrese, hamam ve kastelden müteşekkildir. Şeyh Fethullah'ın türbesi caminin güney yanındaki hazirede, mihrap kısmının bulunduğu çıkıntının doğu, diğer bölümün güney duvarlarının birleştiği köşede olup üstü açık bir mezardır. Türbenin bulunduğu hazireye Şıh Ocağı denir. Külliye 1563 yılında yapılmıştır. Külliye'nin bahçesinde Antep Savunmasında şehit düşen Karayılan ve bir çok şehidin mezarı bulunmaktadır.
