Erzurum Narmanlı Cami, Tebriz Kapı semtinde Çifte Minareli Medrese'nin doğusunda yer almaktadır. Cami, kapı üzerindeki dört satırlık kitabeye göre 1738 yılında, Narmanlı Hacı Yusuf tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Narmanlı Cami'nin ortası büyük, yanları küçük beş kubbesi bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca son cemaat yerinin bulunması ve şehirdeki diğer tek kubbeli camilere göre daha büyük çaplı bir kubbeye sahip olması caminin önemini artırmaktadır. Dört köşede tromplar üzerine oturan kubbesi dışarıya 16 kenarlı bir kasnakla yansımaktadır. Düzgün kesme taştan yapılan cami, işçiliği ile de dikkat çekmektedir.
