Eski Cami
It is the oldest monumental structure in Edirne that has survived from the Ottomans to the present day. Its construction was begun in 1403 during the time of Emir Süleyman and was completed in 1414 during the time of Çelebi Sultan Mehmet. Its architect is Konyalı Hacı Alaeddin, and its foreman is Ömer İbni İbrahim. It belongs to the type of multi-domed "Ulu camiler". Its marble door and the examples of decorative calligraphy in the interior are striking.
