Caminin son cemaat mahalli tavan, taban döşemeleri ve minberi ahşaptır. Taban göbeği ve minberi oyma tekniğinde, mihrap ve duvarlarında kabartma tekniğinde bitkisel bezemelere sahiptir. Minaresi bulunmayan cami kırma çatılıdır. Ankara Kültür ve Tabiat Varlıklarını Koruma Kurulu tarafından tescil edilmiştir.
