VII. yüzyılda kurulan mevlevihane çeşitli dönemlerde onarımlar görmüş, 1900 ‘de yeniden inşa edilmiştir. 1920’de Yunan işgalinde cephanelik olarak kullanılmış ve tahrip olmuştur. Son görünümüyle eklektik bir üslubu yansıtır. Kuzey ve güney taraftaki kapılar zemin kata girişi sağlar. Batı cephedeki oval çift merdiven mahfel katına çıkmaktadır. İç mekan kalem işi bitkisel motifler ve hat eserleriyle süslenmiştir. 1994 yılında onarımına başlanarak tamamlanmıştır. Günümüzde mevlevi törenlerine ev sahipliği yapan önemli bir mekan haline gelmiştir.
