Bitlis’in tipik kızıl kahverengi taşıyla, muntazam yontulmuş bloklardan inşa edilmiş, doğu-batı doğrultusunda uzanan dikdörtgen bir kütle meydana getirir. İki katlı olup üst kat cami olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bodrum katı ise mezarlık ve türbe odasından ibaret olup, burada Sultan Şeyh Hasan Hazretleri yatmaktadır.
