Bodrum, giriş ve bir kattan oluşan müzede bin 340 metrekare sergi salonu bulunmaktadır. Müzede, Aydın ve çevresindeki kazılarda bulunan taş, cam ve pişmiş toprak eserler ile sikkeler ve mozaik yer döşemesinden oluşan arkeolojik eserler sergilenmektedir.
