Paşa Hamamı, Aksaray şehir merkezinde Zinciriye Medresesi ile Azmi Milli Un Fabrikasının bitişiğinde yer almaktadır. Sultan II. Abdülhamid’in Serkarini Ortaköylü Hacı Ali Paşa tarafından yaptırılan bu Osmanlı eseri, Aksaray şehir merkezinde işlevselliğini devam ettirerek günümüze ulaşan tek hamamdır. Kadın ve erkek hamamı olarak iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Düzgün kesme taştan yapılan hamamın, iki küçük, dört de büyük olmak üzere toplam altı kubbesi bulunmaktadır.
Tipik bir Osmanlı eseri olan yapı, kare planlı altı odadan teşekkül etmiştir. Odalarda karşılıklı iki eyvan olup, kubbeler, köşelerde yer alan kemerler üzerine oturtulmuştur. Kubbeleri taş ile örülen hamamın üzerinde aydınlatma görevi gören küçük delikler mevcuttur. Tabanın orijinali mermer olan hamamın, bugün büyük kısmı kaldırılmış yerine mozaik yapılmıştır. Hamamın giriş olarak kullanılan orta kısmında, iç bükey altı köşeli, orijinalliğini muhafaza eden bir havuz bulunmaktadır.
