İscehisar İlçesi'ne bağlı Doğanlar Köyü'nde bulunmaktadır. Kurtuluş Savaşı sırasında Giresunluların oluşturduğu 47'nci Alay tarafından ele geçirilen Dedesivrisi’nde (Sivritepe) şehit olan 14 Giresunlu için 1967 yılında Giresunlu Hacı Ahmet Halis Asal tarafından ilk düzenlemesi yapılmış, 1990 yılında ise bugünkü anıt ve mezarların bulunduğu şehitlik haline getirilmiştir. Giresunlu Hacı Ahmet Halis Asal'ın vasiyeti üzerine 1977 yılında vefatından sonra silah arkadaşları olan şehitlerin yanına defnedilmiştir.
