Çay İlçesi Eber Kasabası'nda mezarlık içinde bulunur. Sekizgen bir gövde üzerinde yükselerek sekizgen bir külahla son bulur. Kümbetin alt kesimi moloz ve devşirme taş, üstü tuğla örgülüdür. Girişi doğudadır. Kapı söve taşları Bizans Dönemi yapı taşlarından olup, devşirme olarak kullanılmıştır. Kapı boşluğu altında ölü gömme yeri olan kaideye geçişi sağlayan bir küçük kapı bulunur. Kaide içinde iki sandukanın olduğu söylenmektedir. Esirüddin Ebheri’nin asıl künyesi Esirüddin Ebheri Mufaddal bin Ömer el-Semerkandi’dir. Adından da anlaşılacağı gibi Esirüddin, Semerkant’lı bir aileye mensup olup, Türk’tür. Meşhur mantık kitabı İsagoci’nin yazarıdır ve Çay Taş Medrese’de müderristir.
