IV. Murat’ın vezirlerinden Hüsrev Paşa tarafından 1631-1638 yılları arasında inşa edilen Menzil Külliyesi’nin en önemli yapısı olan cami, günümüzde sağlam ve kullanıma açıktır. Olasılıkla Bizans dönemine ait bir kilisenin üzerine inşa edilen cami, ters “T” (Zaviyeli) plan tipindedir. Dört yönde yarım kubbelerle desteklenen ortada büyük bir kubbe ile örtülüdür. 16 ve 17'nci yüzyılın mimari özelliklerini taşır.
