Access to the building is provided from the south facade, and there is an oriel above the entrance door. There is a six-line inscription written on marble stone above the entrance door. Since its inscription has been erased, it cannot be read. However, sources state that the building was constructed in H.1311/ A.D.1895 - 1896.
