It is understood from its inscription that it was commissioned by Cevheri Ali Efendi in 1804. The structure, which has a polygonal minaret at the northeast corner where the harem joins the narthex with a hipped roof, and which was established within a large courtyard, is entered through the single door on the north. On the eastern inner wall of the courtyard, there is a small porticoed section resting on two wooden posts. A madrasa was built to the south of this section and was used for this purpose for a long time.
