İki kısımdan meydana gelen bu caminin birinci kısmı Çapanoğlu Ahmet Paşa’nın büyük oğlu Mustafa bey tarafından 1779 yılında; ikinci kısım ise kardeşi Süleyman bey tarafından 1794 - 95 yıllarında yaptırılmıştır. Mimarının kim olduğu bilinmeyen ve 16 yıl ara ile yapılan ilave ile iç ve dış cami olmak üzere iki kısımdan meydana gelmektedir. İç cami beyaz, dış cami açık kahverengi - bordo kesme taşlarla yapılmıştır. Birçok özellikleri ayrı olan bu kısım birbiriyle çok güzel bağdaşmıştır.
