İkiz Kümbetler Eski Van sur duvarları dışında Kaya Çelebi Camisi'nin güneybatısında Orta Kapı Mezarlığı'nın içerisinde yer almaktadır. Kümbetlerden biri 1789 yılında ölen Van Beylerbeyi Teymur Paşa'ya, diğeri 1796 yılında ölen kardeşi Ahmet Paşa'ya ait olduğu düşünülmektedir. Ancak 1992 yılında Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından yapılan onarımlardan sonra güney kümbetin Timuroğlu Derviş Mehmed Paşa’ya, kuzeydeki kümbetin ise Beylerbeyi Mehmed Emin Paşa’ya ait olduğunu ve 18. yüzyılda inşa edildiğini belirten bir tabela yerleştirilmiştir.

Her iki kümbet de sekiz sütunla oluşturulmuş, baldeken tarzda inşa edilmiştir. Sekizgen bir kaideye oturan sütunlar sivri kemerlerle birbirine bağlanmıştır. Üzerleri sivri kemerlere oturan piramidal birer külahla örtülmüştür. Yapıların zeminleri taşa döşeli olup, sandukaları yoktur.
