Hoşap'da Gevirhan Mezarlığı'nın güneydoğusunda bulunmaktadır. Kaleyi inşa ettiren Süleyman Bey tarafından XVII. yüzyıl ortalarında yaptırıldığı tahmin edilmektedir. Eğimli bir arazide kurulmuş yapı, kuzeyden kare bir kaide ile yükseltilmiştir. Tek katlı, dıştan sekizgen, içten daire planlı kümbet, düzgün kesme taş malzeme ile inşa edilmiştir. Üst örtüyü teşkil eden dıştaki külahın tamamı, içteki kubbenin ise, yarısına yakın kısmı yıkılmıştır. Kuzey cephedeki kapı, dıştan mukarnaslı içten geometrik geçmeli bir çerçeve içerisine alınmıştır. Sivri kemer alınlıklı bir düzenleme göstermektedir. Diğer üç yöne farklı formlarda pencereler açılmıştır.
