Asimetrik planlı medresenin batısında üç, doğusunda beş oda yer almaktadır. Bu odaların üzerleri beşik tonozla örtülü olup, dıştan düz toprak dam kaplıdır. Avludan birer kapıyla girilen odaların dışa açılan mazgal pencereleri mevcuttur. Cephelerinde düzgün kesme taş, iç kısımlarında ise, moloz taş malzeme görülmektedir. Süsleme unsuru bulunmamaktadır.
İnşa kitabesine göre, Mahmudi Hasan Bey tarafından 1563 yılında yaptırılmıştır. Avlulu, iki kanatlı medreseler grubundaki yapının güneyinde dışa beş kenarlı taşıntı yapan mescit kısmı yer almaktadır. Güneybatı köşesine türbe eklenmiştir.
