Tunceli Merkez Alpdoğan Mahallesi'nde bulunan ve kare şeklinde birbirini tamamlayan dört bloktan oluşan bu yapı Teşrin-i evvel 1937 yılında devlet tarafından askeri karargâh binası olarak yaptırılmıştır. Uzun yıllar boyunca Hükümet Konağı olarak kullanılan bu bina halen “Korhan Koç Askeri Gazinosu” olarak kullanılmaktadır. Dikdörtgen şeklinde pencerelere sahip olan bina 2 katlıdır. Bloklar dar geçişlerle birbirine bağlı olup, içi ve dışı sıvalı, çatısı ise sac kaplıdır. Bu yapı Erken Cumhuriyet Dönemi yapısı özelliği göstermesi nedeniyle tescil edilmiş ve koruma altına alınmıştır.
