Tarihi İnecik Erenler Hamamı’na 1. Murat ve Yıldırım Beyazıt devri vezirlerinden Saruca Paşa’nın oğlu Uğur Bey Vakfı kayıtlarında rastlanmakta olup, 16. yüzyılın ilk yarısında inşa edilmiştir. İnecik Erenler Hamamı, günümüzdeki şekliyle orijinal plan özelliklerini kısmen kaybetmiştir. Yapı, bulunduğu parsel üzerinde tek katlı, 130 metrekarelik bir alan üzerinde inşa edilmiştir. 2010 yılında mülkiyeti köy tüzel kişiliğine aitken, onarılması amacıyla Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü’ne devredilmiştir. 2017 yılında Büyükşehir Belediyesince restorasyonu tamamlanarak tekrar hizmete açılmıştır.
