Toprakkale Kalesi, Toprakkale ilçesi sınırlarında olup Osmaniye, Adana ve İskenderun yollarının kesişim noktasındadır. Kalenin tarihi MÖ 2000’li yıllara dayanmaktadır. Kale, Osmanlı Dönemi’nde Kınık Kalesi olarak adlandırılmıştır.

Yığma bir tepe üzerine kurulu kale 8'inci yüzyılda Abbasi Halifesi Harun Reşit zamanında siyah taşlarla yeniden yapılandırılmıştır. Dikdörtgen planlı kalenin 12 burcu ve dış avlu surları bulunmaktadır.
