Aydın İli Bozdoğan İlçesi, Körteke mahallesinin kuzey doğusunda yer alan yüksek bir tepe (Kale Tepe ) üzerine kurulmuş İç Karya'nın leleg tipi tepe kentlerinden biridir. Bu kent muhtemelen XYATİS Kentidir. Kayalık tepe üzerinde akropol yer almaktadır. Doğu ve batıda birer kule ile ortada bir sarnıç bulunmaktadır. Akropol M.Ö. 5. yy.a tarihlediğimiz, üç kuleli iç sur ile güneyden kuşatılmıştır.
