Geniş bir bahçe içerisinde inşa edilen ahşap çatı örtülü ve ahşap direkli ana geçit kısmına, zaman zaman mezar odalarına ilavesi ile meydana gelmiştir. Bahçede ise mezarlar bulunmaktadır. Zeyne Türbesi olarak bilinen Şeyh Ali Semerkandi Türbesi, Beylikler dönemi eseridir. Bir küllüye olması gereken yapı gruplarından sadece türbe ayakta kalabilmiştir. Türbenin, külliyenin bir parçası olduğuna dair yazılı bir kaynak bulunamamıştır.
Ali Semerkandi ile ilgili bir efsane anlatılır. Çobanlıkta yapmış olan Semerkandi öğle sıcağında hayvanları susuzluktan yanmış vaziyette iken, yoldan geçen bir Türkmenin sert sözleri ile karşılaşır. Buna çok üzülen Semerkandi dua ederek elindeki sopasını kayaların ortasına vurur ve su fışkırır. Hayvanlarını sulayarak susuzluktan kurtarır. Bu yer halen mesire yeri olarak kullanılmaktadır.
