The house, located in Hıroğlu Mahallesi of Yeşilyurt District, is two-storeyed, with rubble stone wall masonry on a stone foundation up to the level of the second floor on the facade, a gable roof, and a tile covering. The second-floor facade and the side walls of the building are of adobe masonry. In this structure, above the second floor, there is the house pavilion (cihannüma) as a third floor consisting of a single space. The walls of the pavilion section are bağdadi. Above the entrance section, there is a balcony (hayat) supported by wooden eliböğründe projections; the pavilion section is again placed on the balcony with its facade projecting outward.
In the rooms, movement and reinforcement have been provided with wooden moldings at the upper and lower levels of the windows. There are also built-in cupboards and niches in the rooms. The first floor consists of the rooms around the entrance hall. The second floor consists of the rooms around the central hall, and it has a pavilion projecting from its roof. Renovations have been carried out on the facade and wall plasters of the structure. In particular, the second-floor window frames and edges have been altered. The structure is generally in sound condition. It has been restored.
