The mosque, located in the town of Fethiye in the district of Yazıhan, was commissioned in 1566 by Mustafa Paşa, son of Abdusselam, the Beylerbeyi of Malatya. In terms of its plan style, it belongs to the group of side-space, tabhane mosques. The main space is entered through a round-arched door located in the middle of a pointed-arched niche at the center of the north façade. The main space was very strongly isolated from the side spaces, the side spaces were reduced, the central area was enlarged, and at the four corners, after a high octagonal drum with squinches, it was covered with a slightly conical dome.
