Osmanlı Dönemi'nde Bulgarlarla Türklerin birlikte yaşadığı merkez ilçeye bağlı Koyunbaba Köyü’nde bulunmakta ve kısmen sağlam durumdadır. 19'uncu yüzyılın ikinci yarısındaki mimari özellikleri taşıyan klise, düzgün yonu kesme taş kaplama olup, köşe taşları çerçeveli olarak işlenmiştir. Çatı kısmı çökmüş haldedir. Bulgarların Koyunbaba Köyü'nde yaşadığı dönemde Hıristiyan Bulgarların ibadetine açık olan kilise, 1924 yılındaki mübadelede Bulgarların köyden ayrılmasından sonra bir süre değirmen olarak kullanılmış, daha sonra kendi haline terk edilmiştir.
