Kırklareli merkezinde Kocahıdır Mahallesi’nde bulunmaktadır. İlk inşaa tarihi 16'ncı yüzyıldır. İkinci inşa, 1593-1594 (H.1002) tarihinde Güllabi Ahmet Paşa tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Halen ibadete açık olup, kare planlıdır. 489 metrekare arsa üzerinde 105 metrekarelik bir iç alana sahiptir. Aynı anda 210 kişinin ibadet edebileceği bir kapasiteye sahiptir. Duvarların dış yüzleri alternatif tuğla sıkıştırmalı köfeki ve tuğla hatıl sıralıdır. İç tezyinatı ve çatısı ahşaptan, dört mahyalı, üzeri alaturka kiremit örtülüdür. Minare kaideden itibaren köfeki örgülüdür.
