Babaeski İlçesi'de İstanbul-Edirne asfaltı yanında bulunmaktadır. 1555 (H.962) yılında Cedid Ali Paşa tarafından Koca Sinan’a yaptırılmıştır. Halen cami olarak kullanılmakta olan bu yapı, 1832’de esaslı bir tamir görmüştür. Dört satırlık Türkçe inşa kitabesi ile on satırlık tamir kitabesi mevcuttur. Kare bir plan üzerine kesme köfeki taşı kullanılarak yapılmış, üzeri kurşun kaplı büyük bir kubbe ile örtülmüştür. Birinin çatısı ahşap olmak üzere, birbirine ekleme yapılmış iki son cemaat yeri vardır. Tek şerefeli minaresi Balkan Harbi’nde (1912) Bulgarlar tarafından yıkılmış ise de sonradan tekrar yapılmıştır. Cami, Edirne’deki Selimiye Camii’nin küçük bir modelidir.
