1545’te Kanuni Sultan Süleyman döneminde Canbolat bey yaptırmıştır. Soyunma yeri, Soğukluk – Sıcaklık bölümlerinden oluşan sade bir hamamdır. Kare planlı, büyük kubbelidir. Orta mekan biri büyük beş kubbeyle, eyvanlar beşik tonozla örtülüdür. Köşelerde kubbeyle örtülü hal hücreleri bulunmaktadır. Hoca Ramazan Şeyh Gökçe, Canbolad Paşadan sonra tekrar tamir ettirdiği için adı Hoca Hamamı olarak kalmıştır. 2010 yılında Vakıflar Müdürlüğü tarafından restore ettirilmiştir.
