Küçük Hamam was built with neatly cut red and gray stones and was constructed in the Seljuk architectural style. It consists of four iwans and four private rooms, reflecting the traditional Turkish bath tradition.

The door entrances of the rooms were made with pointed arches. In addition, the iwans were covered with barrel vault arches. The entrance to the bath is on the west side, and from here the changing rooms are reached by a corridor. In addition, to the north of this corridor there is a warm room and furnace section.

While the bath had remained completely underground, it was uncovered in the same years as Büyük Hamam as a result of excavations carried out by Prof. Dr. Kemal Balkan in 1965-1967.
