Keçeci Mahallesinde bulunan bu camii Hamidoğulları Devletinin kurucusu Feleküddin Dündar Bey’in ölümünden sonra yerine geçen oğlu Hızırbey adına yapılmıştır. Hızır Bey’in taht’a geçişi 1325 yıllarında olduğuna göre bu caminin Isparta’da en eski cami olması gerekir. 1881 tarihinde damı yıkılarak çatı biraz daha yükseltilmiş, 1887 yılında minaresi harap olmuş ve cami 1911 yılında tekrar onarılmıştır. 1969 yılında yeniden tamir edilen cami bugünkü halini almıştır.
