Yağlıdere İlçesi, Akpınar Köyü'nde bulunan Kırkharman ya da Akpınar Kilisesi Trabzon Kültür ve Tabiat Varlıklarını Koruma Kurulu'nun 03.07.2003 tarih ve 4739 sayılı kararı ile tescillenmiştir.
