Handaniye Camii de denilmektedir. Caminin, 1647 yılındaki kayıtlarda ismi Handan Bey olarak geçmektedir. Antep'te yaşamış Erzincanlı beylerin en fakiri sayılan Handan Ağa tarafından yaptırılmıştır. Gelir getiren bir de saraçhanesi olan cami, 1791 yılında yeniden yapılmıştır. Caminin onarımlarında bundan sonra saraçhaneden alınan gelir kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Antep savunmasında cami, ibadet yapılamayacak duruma gelmişti. Daha sonra yeniden bir onarım geçirmiştir.
