Tortum ilçesine bağlı Bağbaşı Köyü'ndedir. Meryem Ana Kilisesi olarak da bilinen yapı, Bagratlı Kralı III. David taraflndan 976-1001 Yılları arasında yaptırılmıştır. 19'uncu yüzyılda camiye dönüştürülen yapı, Taş Cami ismini almıştır. Yapı, kapalı Yunan haçı ile bazilika planının birleştirilmesi ile meydana gelmiştir. Yapının içerisindeki kabartmalarda arslan, boga, kartal, grifon gibi figürlere geniş yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca iç; mekânın duvarları ve özellikle apsis, incil'den alınma sahneleri içeren ve Hz.isa ile Meryem'i tasvir eden fresklerle bezenmiştir. Kilisenin apsis bölümünün üzeri kule şeklinde yükselmiştir. Yapının içerisine, uzun kenarların ortasındaki yuvarlak kemerli bir kapıdan girilmektedir.
