Oltu Russian Church consists of rectangular spaces located on both sides of the ciborium-style dome, supported by rectangular piers measuring 32x15 meters. The long facades on the north and south were kept short. In the middle of the west facade, there are ornate, round-arched entrance doors, slightly projecting outward. By raising these entrances and the apse on the east, the cross plan was made more prominent in the upper covering.
