Ilıca Kaplıcaları; Erzurum'un 15 km. batısındaki Aziziye ilçe merkezinde yer almaktadır. Selçuklu'lar tarafından yapılmış olan ve Çermik, Oluklu, Zincirli adlarını taşıyan bu kaplıcalar Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet döneminde birkaç kez tamir görmüşlerdir. Son olarak, Aziziye Belediyesi tarafından kaplıcalar tamamen yenilenmiş ve Ilıca Termal Tesisleri hizmete açılmıştır. Tesislerde açık ve kapalı restoranlar, mescit, dinlenme ve toplantı salonları ile açık otopark bulunmaktadır. Tesis bünyesinde yer alan otel bölümü 36 oda 5 süitten oluşmaktadır. Tesislerde, sağlık merkezleri, fizik tedavi ve iyileştirme bölümlerinde doktorlar ve fizyoterapistler ile misafirlere sağlık hizmeti sunumu gerçekleştirilmesi; buna ek olarak, uzman terapistlerle çamur, cilt bakımları, masaj alternatifleri, spa ile değişik kür ve terapilerin sunulması planlanmaktadır. Sodyum ve bikarbonatlı kaynak suyunun sıcaklığı 39 °C'dir. Kaplıcanın suyu; mide, bağırsak, karaciğer, safra kesesi, beslenme bozuklukları ve romatizma başta olmak üzere çok sayıda hastalığın tedavisinde kullanılmaktadır.
