Giresun Tirebolu İlçesi, Çarşı Mahallesi’nde yer alan çeşme Trabzon Kültür Varlıklarını Koruma Bölge Kurulu Müdürlüğü tarafından 30.03.2001 tarih ve 4068 sayılı karar ile tescillenmiştir. Kesme taş malzeme ile inşa edilmiş olup, kare planlı ve iki cephelidir. Nişleri sivri kemerli olan çeşme, kitabesine göre 10 Haziran 1842 yılında Kethüdazade Emin Ağa tarafından inşa ettirilmiştir. Ancak günümüzde Selim Ağa Çeşmesi olarak anılmaktadır. Kesme taş malzemeden yapılmış yarım yuvarlak sütunçeler üzerine oturmaktadır. Ön cepheye bakan nişin içerisinde dört satırlık Arapça kitabe yer alır. Kitabe, mermer üzerine sülüs hatla yazılmıştır.
