It is located at the 4th stage of the road connecting Antalya to Konya via Eğridir. It is in İncirdere Village, 5 kilometers west of the Antalya-Burdur road, in Bucak district. It was commissioned by one of the Anatolian Seljuk Sultans, Keykubat Bin Keyhusrev, in the years (1339-1340). It has a rectangular plan together with its courtyard. The courtyard section has been completely destroyed; although the roof parts of the winter section have been damaged, it is sound and still standing. The part of the han that attracts attention at first glance is the monumental portal leading into the winter section. On the upper part of the monumental portal, which projects forward from the body walls built of large cut stone blocks, there is a round-arched door niche in the form of an oyster shell narrowing inward. This door niche is supported on the exterior façade by two engaged columns. Above the low-arched entrance door, there is a four-line inscription.

The ownership of the caravanserai belongs to the General Directorate of Foundations. In 1993 and 2000, excavation work was carried out in the courtyard section by Prof. Dr. Rahmi Hüseyin ÜNAL under the responsibility of the Burdur Museum Directorate. İncirhan Caravanserai was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property to be Protected by the decision of the High Council of Immovable Antiquities and Monuments dated 10/07/1982 and numbered A-3741.
