Bayburt-Erzurum yolu üzerinde, İlimiz Merkez Maden Beldesinin Kop mevkiinde 15 Mayıs-15 Ağustos 1963 tarihleri arasında; 28 Şubat-16 Temmuz 1916 tarihlerinde Rus kuvvetlerine karşı direnirken ölen şehitlerimiz için yaptırılmıştır. 13 m yüksekliğindeki bu anıt üst üste inşa edilmiş iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Alt kısım sarı,beyaz ve siyah taşlardan yüksekçe küp şeklinde yapılmıştır.
