Bu kale Ardanuç´un 5. kilometre batısında Ferhatlı (Ahıza) Köyü´nde bulunmaktadır ve Ferhat ile Şirin´in efsanesinin geçtiği söylenmektedir. Kitabesi bulunmayan yapı, Ardanuç Kalesi ile aynı tarihte İberya Kralı Vahtang Gorgasal tarafından V. yüzyılda onarılarak, günümüze ulaşması sağlanmıştır. Daha öncesi ve sonrasına ait önemli bir bulgu bulunamamıştır. Yapı, Ardanuç İlçesi'ne çıkmadan, Ardanuç suyunun kenarında, vadi paralelinde yükselen ana kaya üzerine inşa edilmiştir. Evliya Çelebi Seyehatnamesi’nde “Harbe Kalesi” olarak bahseder. Sur duvarlarının bir kısmı ayaktadır. Moloz taş kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Günümüze harap şekilde ulaşmıştır.
