İhsaniye İlçesi'ne bağlı Döğer Kasabası'nda, Emre Gölü’nün güneydoğusundaki bir tepe üzerindedir. Kesme taş kaplamalı dikdörtgen prizmal bir yapıdır. XVIII.yüzyıl sonu Osmanlı eseridir. Tekkenin kapısı güney yönünde olup avluya açılır. Batı eteğinde bulunan temel kalıntılarının, XVII.-XVIII yüzyılda varlığı bilinen Emre Köyü’ne ait olduğu sanılmaktadır. Yapı içten tonoz, dıştan üçgen çatı biçiminde olup taş kaplamadır. İç duvarları sıvalı ve badanalıdır. Sıva üzerinde duvar süslemelerine ait izler görülür. Yapıda yer yer Bizans Dönemi'ne ait devşirme taşlar bulunmaktadır.
