Ceyhan İlçesi Sirkeli Köyü'nde yer alan bir höyüktür. Ceyhan Nehri'nin Nur Dağı'na dayandığı bölgede, nehrin batı kıyısında Kuzey Suriye'den Kilikya Kapıları (Gülek Boğazı) üzerinden Orta Anadolu'ya uzanan tarihi yol üzerinde bulunan Sirkeli Höyük, bu konumuyla Kilikya'nın en önemli höyüklerinden biridir. Hemen yanında bir kaya kütlesinin üzerinde Muvattali Kabartması bulunmaktadır. Muvattali kabartması Anadolu'daki en eski Hitit kabartması olması ile de ayrı bir öneme sahiptir.
