Akdağmadeni İlçe merkezi Ahisavi Mahallesi’ndedir. Dükkân olarak inşa edilen bu tescilli bina daha sonra PTT binası olarak hizmete girmiştir. Bilhassa ön cephe görünüşü itibariyle ender bir yapıdır. Binanın ana giriş kapısının sol bölümünde Osmanlıca 1216 sağ bölümünde 1719 tarihleri bulunmaktadır. Hangi amaçla yapıldığı ne olarak kullanıldığı bilinmiyor.Restorasyon çalışmaları tamamlanan bu ender yapı şuanda SGK Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu binası olarak kullanılmaktadır.
