Since it evokes the same architectural features as the Kade Paşa Hatun Kümbeti located on the Erciş Vanyolu, it is thought that this tomb was also built by the Kara Koyunlu in the 15th century and may belong to the Kara Koyunlu ruler Kara Yusuf Beg, who died in 1420 when he was about to encounter Timuroğlu Şahruh near Tabriz and whose body was brought to Erciş on the back of a camel.
