Bahçesaray'ın girişinde mezarlık içerisinde bulunan medrese, Mir Hasan Veli tarafından XVI. yüzyıl içerisinde yaptırılmıştır. Biri 1737, diğeri 1858 olmak üzere iki onarım kitabesi bulunmaktadır. Yapının günümüze zemin kat hücreleri gelebilmiş, diğer kısımlar temel seviyesine kadar yıkılmıştır. Kareye yakın dikdörtgen bir alana oturan medreseye güney cephenin ortasına açılmış kapıdan girilmektedir. Ortada bir giriş holü, bunun iki yanında büyükçe birer oda olduğu tahmin edilmektedir. Kuzeyde ise, dikdörtgen planlı, üzerleri beşik tonoz örtülü beş oda sıralanmaktadır. Bunlardan ortadaki üç tanesi sağlamdır. Kalan izlerden iki katlı olduğu anlaşılan yapı, moloz taş malzeme ile inşa edilmiştir.
