Pertek ilçe merkezinin kuzeyinde, Pertek’e 20 kilometre uzaklıkta bulunan Sağman Köyü'ndeki caminin 1555’te Keyhüsrev Bey’in oğlu Salih Bey tarafından yaptırıldığı tahmin edilmektedir. Renkli taşlardan yapılmış taç kapıdan dörtgen planlı ve kubbeli ana mekâna girilir. Sekizgen kasnağa oturan kubbenin üstü taştandır. Minareye cami dışından çıkılmaktadır. Yanındaki altıgen planlı türbe, renkli taşlardan kuşaklarla bezelidir. Yakın zamanda restore edilen Sağman Cami'nin giriş cephesindeki mermer ve somaki taştan yapılmış sütunlar bugün yerinde mevcut değildir. Giriş kapısındaki oyma işçiliği, çok özenli ve dikkat çekicidir. Camiye bitişik tek parça mermerden yapılmış ve üzerinde otuzdan fazla çeşme olan bir sebil bulunmaktadır.
